Membership is about being connected to what matters to you. It gives you access to a life that you create through your own leadership. We offer many different types of leadership opportunities. What is included in a membership supports developing personal, team, and community leadership. As a member you can get matched with an Advocate who will connect with you on a regular basis to ensure you have access to all the resources and opportunities that you need to thrive.

Transportation
As we expand Cares Connected we will offer support in accessing transportation that meets your needs. Having access to transportation helps us use more resources and be a part of our community.
Events and Recreation
You will be notified of events, volunteer efforts, and recreational opportunities so that you can be up-to-date on what is available in your area. Cares Connected will also be hosting member-only events to get connected to the rest of our ecosystem. Having access to events helps us to participate in activities that matter the most to us. We can get together with our team and our community.
Play a key role in your community
You will have opportunities to take on roles in our organization and in your community. Advocates are available to help people discover what that could look like for them. Become a leader for our team and your community in a way that empowers you. It will make a difference in your life and the lives of others.
